I’m glad you’re here.
The choice to pursue a course of psychiatric medication, to continue or curtail a regimen, is a very personal one. I will be by your side to ensure that you are well supported during your course of treatment.
My role as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is to create a sustainable, holistic, and tailored medication plan to support your mental health. My mission is to help you accomplish your goals in a compassionate, ever evolving and efficient way.
I focus on medication management for adolescents (age 16+) and adults.

I am board-certified in Psychiatry and licensed in the State of California (#95007494) to diagnose mental health disorders and prescribe medication, as appropriate. I received my undergraduate degrees from Mills College and Samuel Merritt University, and my advanced practice degree from The University of California, San Francisco. My specialized graduate training was provided by the San Francisco Department of Veteran’s Affairs with a focus on complex medication management and substance use disorders.
Since 2011, I have worked extensively in community mental health with a range of experience in assertive community treatment, outpatient group practices, inpatient behavioral health hospitals, and emergency department consult services.
I specialize in working with patients who struggle with substance use disorders. My approach is based on a harm reduction model, utilizing trauma informed care and a whole person focus when considering treatment options.
My other areas of interest include sexual health/sex positivity, and I am passionate in providing culturally sensitive care that is gender-affirming, body-positive, Alt sex/Alt relationship-affirming, and LGBTQI informed.
I welcome you.
